At Country Lights Ministries, we are dedicated to nurturing the potential of Uganda’s youth. Our School Ministry Outreach Department is a beacon of hope for young people in high schools and colleges across the nation. We believe in the power of education, empowerment, and enlightenment, and our mission is to transform lives through capacity building, youth empowerment, and raising awareness about critical issues such as HIV/AIDS.

Our Approach

We understand that reaching young minds requires innovative and engaging methods. That’s why we employ a variety of strategies to connect with the youth of Uganda:

Workshops:

Our interactive workshops provide a platform for young people to learn essential life skills, explore their talents, and discover their potential. We believe in equipping them with the tools they need to navigate the challenges of life successfully.

Debates:

Fostering critical thinking and effective communication is vital for the development of our youth. Our debate programs encourage young minds to engage in constructive dialogue on important topics, helping them become informed, articulate individuals.

Seminars:

Through informative seminars, we delve into crucial subjects like health, career development, and personal growth. Our aim is to empower young people with knowledge that will shape their futures positively.

Conferences:

Our conferences are dynamic gatherings that inspire, motivate, and connect young people. They serve as a platform for networking, learning, and discussing issues that matter. Together, we envision a brighter future for Uganda.

Country Lights Clubs

As part of our commitment to nurturing talent and life skills, we establish Country Lights Clubs in various schools. These clubs provide a nurturing environment for young people to explore their interests, develop their talents, and build essential life skills. Through these clubs, we aim to create well-rounded individuals who can contribute positively to their communities.

A Beacon of Faith

Country Lights Ministries is a Christian Non-Government Organization, and our faith is a cornerstone of our work. In addition to education and empowerment, we believe in the power of faith and spirituality to transform lives. During our outreaches, we also engage in evangelism, sharing the message of Christ’s love and salvation. It’s heartening to see many young people embracing faith and making a commitment to Christ during our events.
